The Jindera Solar Farm Environmental Impact Statement and specialist reports were put on public exhibition from 16th October 2019 to 13th November 2019. 125 submissions were received, including 11 from public authorities, 2 from private organisations and 112 from the community. Exhibition of Jindera Solar Farm EIS

The Jindera Solar Farm Development Application was accepted by the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment in October 2019. The Jindera Solar Farm Environmental Impact Statement and specialist reports will be publicly exhibited for 28 days by the Department. Submission of Development Application

The Jindera Solar Farm Development Application was submitted June 2019. We now await receipt of acceptance from the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment. Once the Department is confident all relevant information has been provided, they will advertise the public exhibition of the Environmental Impact Statement and locations to view the documents. Heritage Work starts on site

We have started surveys to identify any items of cultural heritage on the project sites. We are joined in the surveys by Albury and District LALC and Bundyi Cultural Knowledge Group. The initial survey work will last for up to 3 days.
